222 Pounds

So I have not really been pounding out the runs lately, but I played in my second soccer game and it brought me down to 222 (with some careful superbowl eating). I know the plan is to hit the treadmill, but I must admit, there is nothing like a fast paced soccer game to get in a work out. And hey, we won for the second week in a row. Now maybe I should try to get some runs in and my game will get even a little better…on the field and in the ring.
