222 Pounds

So I have not really been pounding out the runs lately, but I played in my second soccer game and it brought me down to 222 (with some careful superbowl eating). I know the plan is to hit the treadmill, but I must admit, there is nothing like a fast paced soccer game to get in a work out. And hey, we won for the second week in a row. Now maybe I should try to get some runs in and my game will get even a little better…on the field and in the ring.

223 Pounds

Okay so me and my treadi have been in a fight. Oh well, I am doing my best. Anyways, tonight I played a soccer game for a team I joined. We won and I am definitely counting this as a workout for the day. The main difference between regular treadmill running and a soccer game is all the short sprints. Hopefully things get back to normal. 223 is not going to cut it.
