It was a fast run tonight so I watched a little bit of The Greatest Catch or The Most Dangerous Catch. I don’t really recall the name, but that show takes my mind on some grand maritime fantasies. I like fishing, but I am not sure if I would make the cut on that type of fishing.

My weight is down. Go figure. I am not even going to try and explain that one. I am still feeling good and on a nice daily workout routine. Let’s see if I can keep that up. Fat chance!

PS. Do you think I should have used maritime or nautical? I love words like that.

Well as you can tell I am up a few pounds. I actually feel great, am still working out more than ever, and my fish diet is in check. Lightly Parmesan Crusted anything is pretty good broiled. I have actually been hiding from my blog a little because I just don’t know why my weight is up. I am feeling a little more muscular, but I am not sure 2 or 3 pounds more. Who knows.

Anyways, I have some back-posts to do to account for some soccer games that were really tough workouts. In an effort to build a little for soccer, I ran some sprint to walk sprint to walk intervals. I received some advice that this might also trigger my metabolism a little. Who knows…who cares. I am feeling good.

Peace.

Run Wild Bill

Tonight I ran, ate fish, and did sit ups. Tonight I run, eat fish and do sit ups.

The run felt good, the movie was pretty bad. It was actually an AMC movie. I had high hopes because Godfather 1 and 2 were on before. I was thinking, what an AMC night.

One funny thing I did notice was these ridiculous commercials about this ExtenZe product. These commercials make claims to making your willy bigger while making your love life more exciting. The worst of all was the low rate adult stars they have pushing this product. This kind of crap on TV is going to make me cancel my cable and just stick with the 3 N’s of entertainment. Netflix, Network Television, and the Net!

And Wild Bill was still a bad movie!
