Treadi the Luchador is officially in training! Hi my name is Treadi and I am a Luchador. I have been in some form of physical training all my life. But one day I looked at myself and noticed I had reached the all time high weight of 222. I decided to make a plan.

I spoke with my sister who has spent a good part of her life in fitness training at school and in the field. After years of study, she told me most plans all come down to 2 simple parts:

  1. Move More
  2. Eat Less

With this in mind, I bought the Reebok S 9.80 Treadmill to help me move more. I plan to cut down on sugar pops to eat less. I guess I added 1 bullet of my own called Be Accountable. I decided the best way to hold myself accountable would be by tracking my performance on this blog. I also thought this might help a few of you luchadores out there who find themselves in the same position.
