Run It is Getting Fishy

I feel like quitting this darn program. The Drop be damned. I feel like a fake. I feel like a fraud. My weight is going nowhere. I am fit. I have all but cut out sugar pop. I love my movie runs. My weight is staying the same.

On my run today I watched In the Bedroom. It was what I call a 4 star drama with a both serious and cute Marisa Tomei. The movie was perfect for another successful movie run.

However, if you peak at my stats I have had no change in a while…even after getting sick. I am straight frustrated and my pants are not getting any looser. Think of a blow fish getting bigger while getting madder at the same time.

In addition to adding a crunch routine, I am going to do something I always said I would do. You see, I love fish (and I love to fish). But I just don’t know how to cook fish properly. I am going to go to the store and talk to the person behind the fish counter to get some fish cooking tips. I am going to research some simple fish recipes online. I am going to be a great cooker of fish!

We can discuss the benefits of fish in a diet later. For now I am asking for some simple recipes to cook fish properly. I plan to start cooking in the oven because it will provide the best temperature control. I am also going to buy all the fish spices necessary. I will buy any type of fish at any cost. Go ahead and leave me a fish recipe Mr. or Mrs. Fish Eater…I sure need it!

Run Sicko Run

I was feeling pretty sick which is rare because I have the best immune system I have ever seen. I just don’t get sick that often. Anyways, it was nice to sweat a little and it made me feel better. My weight must be really firm because even though I was sick and ate like a bird, I still maintained 222. As an effort to reduce my waist line (if I am not going to lose weight), I am going to start doing some crunches and bicycle exercises to supplement my running. Nothing big…I just want to work a little from the inside out.

I played a soccer game. We won. I got a goal. Enough said.
